1. Product Nature

• Most products are standardized, ready-to-ship items manufactured to consistent specifications.
• Custom services (e.g., private labeling, logo engraving) are available only by prior written agreement and may be subject to minimum order quantities and separate terms.

2. Order Acceptance

• Orders are confirmed upon payment processing and product availability.
• Loof reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, violates applicable laws, or involves unauthorized resale.
• For custom B2B requests, production or customization begins only after written approval of final specifications.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to verified business accounts and quoted separately.
• Full payment is required before shipment. Accepted methods include major credit cards, bank transfer, and approved digital payment processors.
• Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, brand names, or artwork submitted for customization.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and do not include production or customs clearance.
• Loof is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier performance, weather, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

🔹 Retail Customers (Personal Use)

• Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error.

🔹 B2B Customers (Businesses)

• Non-defective tools are not eligible for return due to hygiene standards and professional-use classification.
• Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

🔧 Limited Warranty

• All tools include a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal professional use.
• This warranty excludes damage from misuse, incorrect voltage (outside 100–240V range), accidental drops, or unauthorized modifications.
• Valid claims will be resolved at Loof’s discretion via replacement, repair, or store credit.

6. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, technical documentation, website content, and proprietary tool configurations are the exclusive property of Loof.
• Any logos, brand elements, or packaging designs provided by the Buyer remain their sole responsibility.
• Loof assumes no liability for claims of trademark, copyright, or design infringement arising from Buyer-submitted content.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Loof’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for that order.
• In no event shall Loof be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost business income, salon downtime, or reputational harm—even if advised of the possibility.
