Most items are in-stock and ready to ship, ensuring fast fulfillment for both businesses and individual professionals. This policy outlines our standard shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
- In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom orders (e.g., private labeling, logo engraving): Require 7–10 business days for production after design approval.
- Processing times may be extended during holidays or peak demand periods. We will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide via trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal networks.

4. International Orders
- All international shipments include a commercial invoice with accurate product descriptions and values.
- Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:
- A unique tracking number
- The carrier name (e.g., DHL, FedEx)
- A direct link to track your package

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost, or is incomplete:
- Inspect the package upon delivery and note any damage with the carrier (if possible).

- Include your order number, photos of damaged items/packaging, and tracking details.
