Loof supplies professional-grade hair extension tools—including keratin fusion heaters, bond removers, and heat-resistant accessories—to salons, distributors, beauty brands, and licensed professionals worldwide.
 
Most of our products are standardized, ready-to-ship items manufactured to consistent technical specifications. Custom services (e.g., logo engraving, private-label packaging) are available by prior arrangement.
 
Due to the professional-use nature and electrical/hygiene-sensitive design of our tools, this policy outlines clear guidelines for returns, refunds, and warranty claims.

1. Returns for Standard (Non-Custom) Orders

🔹 Retail Customers & Individual Professionals

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if:
    1. The item is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
    2. Proof of purchase is provided
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
❌ Not eligible for return:
  • Used or damaged tools
  • Items missing original packaging or components
  • Products showing signs of tampering or improper use

🔹 B2B Customers (Salons, Distributors, Brands)

  • Standard tools are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Due to hygiene, safety, and professional classification, we do not accept “change of mind” returns from business accounts.

2. Custom or Branded Orders

Orders with custom engraving, private-label packaging, or bespoke specifications are:
  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable once production has begun
  • Subject to separate approval terms prior to manufacturing
We strongly recommend requesting a pre-production sample for custom projects to confirm specifications before bulk fulfillment.

3. Warranty & Manufacturing Defects

All Loof tools include a 6-month limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal professional use.
To report a defect:

  2. Provide your order number, clear photos or video of the issue, and a description
  3. Do not discard the item until instructed
If verified as a manufacturing defect, we will resolve the claim at our discretion via:
  • Free replacement of the defective tool
  • Partial refund proportional to the affected item(s)
  • Store credit for future orders
⚠️ Warranty does NOT cover:
  • Damage from misuse, drops, or exposure to water
  • Use with incorrect voltage (outside 100–240V range)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear

4. Dropshipping & Reseller Partners

  • End customers must contact you (the reseller) directly with concerns.
  • Loof does not accept claims or returns from end buyers.
  • All quality or defect claims must be submitted by the authorized account holder following the process above.

5. Shipping Costs & Import Fees

  • Return shipping for approved warranty claims: Covered by Loof
  • All other return shipping: Paid by the buyer
  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes: Always the responsibility of the recipient
